endomondo?
Here, courtesy of Gaseous Clay and endomondo ©, is yesterday's HH3 run. Logged at 3.14k, it was marginally shorter than Saturday's short run with a total ascent of 155m and a high point of 131m. GC was timed at just under 50 minutes. How do I know all this? Because it is all posted on his facebook page apparently automatically. Hmm, maybe we should be looking into endomondo to avoid all that downloading and calculating that goes on after every Saturday run!

Er, how does 3km take 50 minutes -- just really nasty country? And since when does HH3 even do 3km runs?! Guess I have to get back soon and do a Something-or-other-of-Death run. Any takers?
ReplyDeleteWell, it was a birthday run and there was lots of beer waiting to be drunk! And this was Gaseous Clay's track who I don't actually remember seeing on the run although he does usually do the long runs. I think the FRB's would have been closer to 40 minutes. BUt it was fun, even SI said so, although we didn't actually get to run very much.
ReplyDeleteI've been out this morning and scouted some more substantial fare for HH3 on 13th July. Any chance you'll be around?
Yes, he did do the long run; see https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=747481718627878&set=pcb.737869559589894&type=1&permPage=1 for evidence of GC's run.
DeleteYes, a pretty good chance. Bring it on!
