Who is Temp's mystery lover?

We all recognise Temporary Relief, but who is the mysterious man at her side? There is a passing resemblance to Softcock, but isn't there something missing? Like wrinkles?

    Assuming Temporary relocates Softy, now that they're married don't we need an official couples name for them, like "Vaseline Donkey"? I suggest "Temporary Cock".
