Aaaaaaaah!

Guess who this week's run is being set by?
Not Gan Yao and Kii Leum, who have magnanimously stepped aside in order that Buck and Wi Wi can entertain us not a million miles from where we were last week. Details are:
Songkhla Hash House Harriers run #1692, Saturday November 16th 2013, 4:00 p.m. (and we might mean it this week!)
Hares: Buck and Wi Wi
Misdirections: From the Ko Yo intersection take the new Yala road for 6k and turn right, then go 1k to the runsite, following the road as it bends round to the right. (Anyone coming from Hatyai can get to the same location by turning right at the Kuan Hin traffic lights and going 4k, then going straight ahead as the road bends sharply to the right. The run site will be about 500 meters ahead.)
It seems likely that this week's Hatyai H3 run will be from the location of last week's cancelled run, but the word is that Gan Yao, by turning up and managing to follow the run in his truck, has happily prevented a repetition of the climb up the road, in favor of a kinder gentler more considerate route. Any update will be notified but otherwise expect the run site to be about 7k down Poonakan on the right.

  1. Set by ... let me think ... fawn? Deer? Your dear? Would that be OaY?

And is it just my imagination or is that deer taking a leak?

  3. BS, if that is what your imagination aspires to, you are a very sick large semiaquatic broad-tailed rodent.

    1. That's the kindest thing you've ever said to me, GY. You're such a deer!

  4. Talking about deer:

Two hunters were dragging their dead deer back to their car. Another hunter approached pulling his along too.
"Hey, I don't want to tell you how to do something ... but I can tell you that it's much easier if you drag the deer in the other direction. Then the antlers won't dig into the ground."
After the third hunter left, the two decided to try it.
A little while later one hunter said to the other, "You know, that guy was right. This is a lot easier!"
"Yeah, but we're getting farther from the truck," the other added.

  7. I just want to say that this is the biggest number of comments we have had a about a post since the secrets of dung beetle navigation. Now I don't want to draw any rash conclusions but are we becoming fixated with excretory bodily functions?
