Erections are a rare and wonderful thing at Songkhla Hash, so it was with great excitement that the rabble assembled after last Saturday's run for the last act of lame-duck GM R2D2's two-year tenure: the selection of his replacement. Without any further ado, here are the results of the vote:

Strut yer stuff!

Two great runs in prospect this weekend as two of our most reliable teams of hares strut their stuff for your benefit.

First:

Songkhla Hash House Harriers run #1523: Saturday August 7th 2010: 4:30 p.m.

Hares: Sex Sprinter and Buk Toy;

Misdirections: From the Ko Yo intersection take the old Hatyai road for 10k to the Nam Noi traffic lights and turn left. Go 1.5k and turn right then follow the track to the run site.

Second: Sunday's (AUgust 8th; 4:30) HH3 run will be set by our very own Sex Focus with, no doubt Happy Ending providing aid and comfort, and a quick rub down (to the hare; not you Sticky!)

Misdirections are: Down Punnakan about 6-7km from Wat Khao Kloi, turn left on Thanon Bannairai (signposted in both Thai and English). Follow the main road -- there are twists and turns and turnoffs, but there's only one main way -- for 1.4km and turn left under the power pylons. Site just up ahead on the left.

Finally, there's a committee meeting this Friday to rubber stamp the move of the ice boxes etc. to the Hot Bread Shop and also more importantly, to see how we can make the move work for both the Hash and Ram it in and Tutti Fruity who will henceforth be our hosts. The other main item on the as yet unwritten agenda will be the holding of an out-station run sometime in the next 3 months so if you've got views or sage advice on either subject please come along and put yer oar in. Venue should be the Hot Bread Shop at 7:00 p.m. but any change will be notified in advance (of what is not clear but certainly in advance of something!)
