It had 5 checks, 1 check-back and 8 false trails The first runner (Fu Fu: eat yer heart out Beaver!) took 1 hour 13 minutes. The short run was 2.8k and reached a maximum elevation of 65m from a starting elevation of 37m. Stick Insect liked it. Comments?

ReplyDeleteI agree Beaver, very impressive, the rendering of the run, not the run that is. I suspect that a certain amount of artistic licence was exercised. It looks like Egghead may have used a bit of breadth (elevation) exaggeration and there could have also been a certain amount of length manipulation in the rendering thereof. You CAN just ignore or delete all those advertisements in your email box, Eggy, I'm sure we'll enjoy your runs just as much.

Length manipulation (it's a lie! the two figures given were as per the original setting file minus the doubly traversed short run connection, half of which appears as the yellow line above)? And all I was hoping for was marks for artistic impression.
