Viewed this way (click to see it BIG) it almost seems to make sense. Believe me, at the time it didn't. Anyhow, full credit to The Pussies for another inimitable test of our manhood. We asked for it . . . and we got it!

Pussies on the prowl
First up there is a Full Moon H3 run this week on Wednesday 20th October, 7:00 p.m. the details of which are:HFMH3 Run #72
Hares: Sex Printer and Toy Boy
Misdirections: From the Ko Yo intersection take the old Hatyai road for 4k and turn left for 6.5k then left for 500 meters to the run site by the water tower.
Usual stuff applies: bring a handlight, some food if you feel like it and some beer if you want, or buy Full Moon Ale at 100 Baht for 3 cans from our slightly limited supply as the GM'ette is currently away in Bangkok and may not be back in time to purchase a top-up.
Saturday's SH3 run details look like being:
Songkhla Hash House Harriers run # 1533, Saturday 23rd October 2010 4:00 p.m.
Hares from: Crackwurst, Ram It In, Only a Yolk, Meals on Wheels, Temporary Relief; miscellaneous doggies and husbands.
Misdirections: Take the new Hatyai road for about 7k and start looking for the hash sign on the left before the True Moves Tower. Follow paper to the run site.
Sunday's HH3 run (#502, 24th October 2010) will be set by Kai Jeow. The run site is on the New Yala Road on the left at about 3.5k. Run starts at 4:00 p.m. (or it better do if you want to get back before it goes dark!)

This week's excursion into the unknown
Well! What more can one add to those crisply concise misdirections (below - well below that awful picture anyway), other than that it can't possibly be as complicated as it seems and no doubt the huge number of hash signs that will be strategically placed by the hares will make it all seem like childsplay. The rest of the official misdirections will read:
SH3 run #1532, October 16th 2010; 4:00 p.m.
Hares: Beavershot and Handjob (if she doesn't get lost on the way)
Misdirections: ..... etc.
Sunday's HH3 run seems likely to be a further Sex Printer-Buk Toy joint venture and the run site is advised as being at the same place that last weeks run started. This presumably refers to where we started running rather than the resort where we all got onto the truck, in which case the misdirections will be:
From the Ko Yo intersection take the old Hatyai road for 4.7k and turn left. Go 11k and turn left; bear left after 400 meters and go about 2k until you see the hash sign.
On! On!
P.S. in case you're wondering about the photograph above, it's just to get that dreadful picture of the appalling torture being inflicted on that dear little girl below, (did anyone else notice the tear in her eye and wonder what it is that gets into people when they get a camera into their hands and inspires them to create such sordid images?) off the top of our nice family-hash blog. In case you're wondering, it's a place called Beaver Lake in Ashington North Carolina. Ironic eh?

That's 4 pm.
4 pm., right? That's half an hour before 4:30 pm. I know, there's not a chance in hell that the people who need to be reminded of this information (that means you, Knob Goblin!) will be reading this. But anyhow, for what it's worth, we run at 4 pm. today. And in fact from now until further notice, i.e. sometime in February. OK? Everyone on board? Please?

The run before the Sunday after

A missive from our daughter has arrived bearing tidings of great joy! For lo our little girl is all grown up and hits 500 on Sunday. But who are these strange green people? Are they aliens? Or does this represent some kind of social comment on how eco-friendly we are. And why do we have to pay for our kids if they are wearing T shirts? Can't they afford proper coyotes this year?
All will be revealed on Sunday; or it will be if they can afford coyotes; otherwise only the top half of the free children will be revealed.
Anyway, for the misdirectionally retentive, Sai Kow resort is:
(From Songkhla) From the Ko Yo intersection take the old Hatyai road for 4.7k and turn left. Go 6k and turn left at the crossroads then go about 5k to the resort on the left.
(From Hatyai go to the Nam Noi traffic lights and turn right then go 11k to the resort on the left.)
Final word: Please note that the starting time is 3:30 p.m. (Weally weally!)
And while we are on the subject of times that are a'changin', this week's SH3 run will start at 4:00 p.m. as the decision was taken after last week's gentle monster to bring forward the date when we bring forward the time... etc.
So here are Saturday's facts and figures:
Songkhla Hash House Harriers run # 1531, Saturday 9th October 2010: 4:00 p.m.
Hares: Yardstick and Last Lover
Misdirections: From the Kao Saeng intersection take the old Yala road for 4.2k and turn right (immediately after the army base). Follow the road for about 1.5k to the run site behind the reservoir.
See y'all there.
